As individuals change their careers five to seven times in their lifetime, change jobs, and transition from one life stage to another, we experience a personal career journey. During the journey, we search for fulfilment in our work and career.
The career journey consists of four phases that you will go through: self-awareness of knowing yourself, exploration of the labour market and jobs of interest, making decisions, and taking action for the next step.
